Independent Audit
We are able to assess based on national and international standards such as PS1-19, CE2+, UKCA and others. We also use requirements defined by the buyer himself. Our job is to ensure that the buyer receives the contracted product.
We follow ISO17020 standard.
Manufacturing Inspections
In some cases, a specific requirement needs to be met in a batch or order to be manufactured. We are able to inspect and evaluate if a specific wood specie is used, or if any specific manufacturing parameter will be put into practice, ensuring the quality standard of the purchased product.
Container Loading Inspection
Eventually, third-party warehouses are not as careful with shipments moved and loaded in containers, causing end customer dissatisfaction and even major disorders such as fines and contractual losses. Our service provides extra care for these cases, recording and reporting the occurrences to avoid these problems or so that someone may be held responsible for eventual damages.
Supplier Development
In some cases, the supplier needs guidelines, specific training or even closer follow-up so that important aspects of the product are ensured, we offer in-line operational training so that the supplier is able to raise the level of quality and other aspects of the product such as lead time and logistics.
